Taal Vista Hotel Tagaytay

One thing I look forward to when I travel in general is the room I'm going to sleep in. I may only be using it for roughly 10 hours a day at most but I have to sleep comfortably to be able to recharge for a long day ahead.
On my recent business trip to Tagaytay, I was suppose to stay at Taal Vista but, as you know, I had to leave and move to a different hotel later that day. But before the transfer, I was able to get the key card, see the room and spend some time there on my own.

Taal Vista is an English tudor mansion style hotel in Tagaytay with a really beautiful view overlooking Taal Lake. It's one ride from Robinsons Mall and right in front of the hotel is the Casino and McDonalds.

The room I'm staying at is two floors below at the mountain wing and it was quite a long walk from the Lake wing where the conference will be held. It's a room for three with a queen and a single size bed. There's also plenty of space in case you want to add one for another person.

Next stop is the bathroom. They have a bathtub and most importantly, bidet. No we don't have a bathtub at home and I won't be able to use it anyway but I like the option. Toiletries are all in three sets as well.
I also like the fact that there's an available iron and ironing board which I wont be using. ^_^ Seriously, I've been traveling and staying in hotels and inns regularly since college so I've learned to choose the clothes to pack and the different ways to pack them. I use to bring a travel size steamer though just in case my coats get wrinkled.
The room has a veranda where I'd like to sip my coffee and not think of anything. It would also be perfect if you want to work, feel a little breeze but without seeing any passers by looking at you.
One of my strange habits is to walk around when I feel drained or stressed out so I did see the entire place but I didn't take picture anymore.

If you just want to get away to relax, this place would be a nice choice. You can choose the same room if you want to avoid people but it can be pricey since it's a four star hotel.
