I purchased the Shopaholic Collection together with the Flour Power Collection. Like I said in my previous post, this is the first time I'm actually trying this line. I had high hopes when I purchased these polishes and I wasn't disappointed when I swatched the Flour Power collection.
What: Colortrends Shopaholic Collection
Where to buy: Watsons and SM Department Stores Price: P22 per bottle
Colortrends Shopaholic Collection has six available shades namely (L-R) Fancy, Posh, Rip - Off, Max Out, Splurge and Steal. It's a combination of nude and dark colors with four cream finish, and two suede finish (Max Out and Steal).
Application is smooth and, as expected, the darker colors can achieve full coverage with two coats. The light ones are pretty much the same but I would still suggest three coats.
Removal is fast and easy except for the suede nail polishes. It feels like it has tiny glitter particles in it.
The final verdict?
It's worth it. For P22 pesos per bottle, I must say this collection is a much better combination. Steal and Max Out is definitely a great find as well. The most affordable nail polish with uncommon finish that I was able to find in the Philippines were the ones from Bobbie Galactic Night and Chic Grainy Collection which cost around P79.75 and P33 per 12ml bottle. So if you're trying to explore different finishes at an affordable price, I'd suggest you to look out for this collection.
