Cherry Flavored Nails

And I'm back with a cherry inspired nail art design for beginners. It's simple and easy to make but really pretty, I actually got compliments from my co-workers about it. It took me some time though because there's a lot of waiting and drying to do since I'm layering several nail polishes.

I'm using a toothpick as my dotting tool. One end of it is pointed which is perfect to create the leaves and the other is rounded for dotting the cherries. If you can't find a striper brush, take one from your used up liquid eyeliners.

Since we're using a pastel color, you would want to start with a white nail polish as a primer before applying a turquoise color. It will help the pastel background to stand out. Wait for it to dry completely before dotting your cherries with the round end of the toothpick. Use your striper brush for the stalks. Then with the pointed end of the toothpick bent slightly, dip it in your green nail polish and start dotting leaves near the stalks you made. The white dots on the cherries are optional but you can do so if you want to add a little dimension to it. When it's all dry, seal it with a top coat.

It looks complicated but it's honestly easy. You just have to be patient waiting for it to dry before going to the next step or it might smudge.
We made a video tutorial you could watch. Hope you enjoy watching it. I'll talk to you soon.
